Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScreenFast ("Service"), operated by Axis Trend Studio LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

ScreenFast is an AI-powered platform that generates App Store screenshots for iOS applications. Our Service includes:

• AI-based screenshot generation from App Store URLs or user uploads
• Multiple design variants and style options
• Screenshot editing and retouching capabilities
• Export in App Store-ready formats

User Accounts

No Account Required: Our core screenshot generation service does not require account creation. You can use ScreenFast anonymously by simply entering an App Store URL, paying, and downloading your results.

Optional Email Verification: An email address is only required when:

• Hiring a designer for custom work (Designer Orders)
• Requesting support or refunds

When you provide an email for Designer Orders, you are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address for communication
• Maintaining access to that email during the project
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Generate screenshots for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized data scraping

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Screenshots

You own the screenshots generated by our Service. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any source materials (app assets, logos, etc.) in the generated screenshots.

Platform Rights

The ScreenFast platform, including our AI models, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Axis Trend Studio LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Payment Terms

• Pricing is displayed in USD and subject to change with notice
• Payments are processed securely through DodoPayments
• All sales are final except as stated in our Refund Policy
• You must provide accurate billing information
• We reserve the right to refuse service or refund payments

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated screenshots will meet your specific requirements
• Generated content will be free from defects
• Our servers are completely secure from unauthorized access

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIS TREND STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Trend Studio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
