ScreenFast provides digital services and AI-generated content. Due to the immediate delivery of our services upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that technical issues or service failures may occur.
All sales are final unless they meet the exception criteria listed below.

The Service failed to generate screenshots due to a technical error on our end, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error.
The Service was unavailable for more than 24 hours after your payment, preventing you from using purchased credits.
