Refund Policy

General Policy

ScreenFast provides digital services and AI-generated content. Due to the immediate delivery of our services upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that technical issues or service failures may occur.

All sales are final unless they meet the exception criteria listed below.

Refund Exceptions

You may be eligible for a refund if:

Technical Failure

The Service failed to generate screenshots due to a technical error on our end, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

Payment Error

You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error.

Service Outage

The Service was unavailable for more than 24 hours after your payment, preventing you from using purchased credits.

Unauthorized Charge

You can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or aesthetic preferences
  • User error, such as uploading wrong images or incorrect App Store URLs
  • Change of mind after screenshots have been generated
  • Unused credits or services (credits do not expire)
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, email address, and detailed description of the issue
  3. Screenshot Evidence: If applicable, provide screenshots or error messages demonstrating the technical issue
  4. Review: We will investigate your claim within 3-5 business days
  5. Decision: You will receive our decision via email

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered services

Chargebacks

⚠️ WARNING: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company before contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account access
  • Pursue recovery of fraudulent chargeback fees
  • Report the incident to payment processors

Service Credits

In lieu of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Credits can be used for:

  • Additional screenshot generation
  • Retouch credits
  • Future purchases

Service credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
